One of the adventures that we had the opportunity to do was the Elephant Camp. 2 hours out of town, the Elephant

Camp sported roughly 50 Asian Elephants (babies to old gramps). To start the day off was an elephant show, in

which 20 elephants showed us their skills in lifting heavy logs, raising flags, bowing, dancing, and painting a Master-

piece. We throughly enjoyed the one hour elephant trek, in which we rode 2 to an elephant and marched around the

forest. To finish the adventure off, we headed to a little village 30 minutes farther away from Chiang Mai and ate

an 'authentic' northern Thai lunch. Hopefully the pictures below give you a small sense of the fun that we had.

Pii Chu and Pauline (assistant head coordinator thingy person of Outtatown) riding an elephant.

Might i mention that Pauline has a fear of heights and was a 'little' nervous about the trek.

Andrea and Nads trying to pose for a picture. Too bad they forgot they were wearing seatbelts.

Do you think the elephant is feeling a little bit of discomfort??

Look at that cute couple. Wes and Jodie (our team leaders). Wes...whats that wet spot on your

shirt? it looks like sweat....
