| Everyone was so friendly to us. A couple of days in, we got to see these folks perform what's called "gumboot dancing". They even got some of our students involved... |

| We toured Soweto and learned about it's difficult history where many died fighting for freedom. |

| This is the first place we stayed in South Africa. |

| We met a lot of great people here...including Brenda, the candy lady! |

| This was our first South African Brai. Many of the people from the church we attended in Soweto came over to eat with us. |

| But Soweto wasn't all dancing and bbq's...we worked hard painting a school house, building a vegetable garden, and helping at a baby orphanage. |
