Pocaya Volcano and Surrounding View

The volcano was fascinating. It was way more than I had expected. We went right to the top and saw spewing magma and smoke come out of the volcano. It was amazing. The volcano has volcanic rock and sand all around it, so when your climbing you go up two steps and down one. You constantly keep sliding back a little. But eventually you do get to the top. And it's so rewarding. And it reminded me of my spiritual life. It sometimes seems like you're not getting anywhere and you're constanly sliding back and falling away from God. But you do move forward if you daily seek Jesus as your Lord and Saviour. The climb reminded be of this Bible verse.

Philliipians 3:14, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
