Stellenbosch was the halfway through the year mark, and we were all really feeling it, the week off was much needed! Our first stop was at Jeffery´s Bay, where we met Lloyd. This place is known for it´s great surf, so of course many of us had our first try at surfing and Lloyd was our teacher. We also had the options to go play with lion cubs, drive with elephants and go rock climbing. After our three days in Jeffery´ Bay we headed down the garden route, made a momentary stop to jump the highest bungee drop in the world, and then on to the wild coast. From then on the week was full of nothing but the most beautiful beaches, the best weather and good company. Many of us finally found time to catch up on that much needed private time.
