For our first cultural day, we went
to the palace and witnessed the
changing of the rose. Ruth got to
keep the replaced rose. The
ceremony takes place every day in
memory of the peace agreement
signed by the government.

architecture is magnificent and
ingenious.

Jade Museum tour

We also got to visit a Jade museum, where some
of us got to try on expensive necklaces ($6000 U.S. Ea.)
and hold statues worth$19,000 U.S.
