Requesting a transcript or credit certificate
Outtatown students that graduated in April 2007 or later:
Transcripts may be ordered through Stephanie Penner, Administrative Assistant in the Dean and Registrar's office. Since a signature is required, transcripts must be ordered by mail, fax (204-837-7415), or in person. The cost for producing and mailing transcripts is $10.00 for the first transcript, and $6.00 for each additional transcript ordered. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card. Please allow three working days for processing transcripts. During busy times such as registration or graduation, extra time may be required.

Outtatown students that graduated in April 2006 or earlier:
Credit certificates must be requested by contacting Stefanie Heide at outtatownassistant@cmu.ca with your name, the year you attended the program and the name and address of the university/college that you would like the credit certificate sent to.
Cost is $10/credit certificate. Payment can be made by cheque payable to CMU or by credit card.
